GeoSnag

Geolocation bounties, settled on Solana.

A peer-to-peer guessing game built on top of the ourwrld imagery stack. Anyone can post a censored Google Maps screenshot with a hidden pin; hunters pay a small SOL entry fee to drop their own pin, and the first hunter inside the 15 m win radius sweeps the entire escrow.

GeoSnag lives at /geosnag and shares the same OSINT primitives as the main globe — Street View, Google 3D tiles and place labels are how hunters reason about a frame. The economy is fully on-chain: listings, entries and payouts are all SOL transfers signed by Phantom. There is no custodial wallet, no off-chain accounting, no fiat in the loop.

Win radius
15 m from the true coordinates — about 50 ft. Tight enough that lucky pins are rare, loose enough that careful Street View work pays off.
Listing fee
0.1 SOL seeds the escrow. The creator's stake becomes the opening prize pool.
Entry fee
0.015 SOL per guess. Every entry compounds into the pool the winner sweeps.
Why it's on the globe
GeoSnag is the most playful expression of the ourwrld thesis: that geospatial imagery is a primary source worth being literate in. The bounty board is a low-stakes drill for the same instincts you use to verify a conflict video — sun angle, street signage, lane width, vegetation, vehicle plates.
